All room fees includes daily full breakfast of fresh tropical fruit, coffee, tropical juices, eggs, breakfast meats and local pastries. Daily maid service also included in room fee.

All reservation require 50% deposit for pre-booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to scheduled vacation arrival date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to scheduled vacation arrival date. If reservation is canceled within two weeks of  the schedule vacation arrival date, 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. If reservation is canceled  with proper 2 week notice, 10% of total booking quote is non-refundable.
