Activities
You will never be bored on the Bay of Banderas! Enjoy a margarita under a grass palapa roof with the Bay’s waves crashing on the sun soaked white sand beaches. Or visit one of the many markets carrying unique goods of fine silver, hand painted Mexican pottery, intricate woven textiles, and many more treasures just waiting for you to bring home. Take a short boat taxi from Puerto Vallarta to the remote fishing village of Yelapa and bask on the beach or horseback-ride up to the waterfalls.
Nuevo Vallarta offers a network of saltwater canals great for kayaking and enjoying the sites of exotic birds, butterflies and tropical wildlife. Don’t fall in, these waters are home to crocodile.
